Mr. Biggs has over 30 years of experience in US and International Project Management, Operations, and Maintenance at military, commercial, and Department of Energy (DOE) nuclear facilities.  His experience has focused on safe and efficient operations and management of facilities and projects to deliver programs on schedule and within budget.  He has over 20 years experience safely managing, directing, and overseeing waste management projects for the Department of Energy (DOE) and related facilities, and has extensive experience managing and operating high level radioactive waste storage facilities.  Mr. Biggs aggressively pursues production goals through strong leadership and team concepts with emphasis on training, quality, cost, and schedule.
